Fratelli Capello follows the design and construction of thermoplastic, die-casting and steel moulds starting from the part, which can be mathematized using dedicated CAD software which is open to any external graphics interface.
Once the processed data has been verified, it is sent to the numerical control machine tools: milling machine and spark machining tool.
Tooling is carried out on complex surfaces directly on the hardened material with high speed milling machines with two independent heads: head at 5.000 Rpm and electric spindle at 22.000 Rpm.
Productivity is ensured by the numerical control machines with automatic tool change. In the last stage the mould is ground, assembled and tasted to ensure that it meets the required quality standards.
